Honestly thought it would have came faster it took 3 weeks. And when I picked gifted wrapped I thought it would have came with a bad so I can give it as a gift but I just got a card. This does not compare with other places I have bought from I am kind of disappointed.

Hello, I’ve always been a fan of Dior.com. However as much as I understand this situation I found it completely unacceptable that some of the correspondence was not helpful at all. I’d call or message online to find the status of my order And one of the reps once was giving me some one else’s information. I was very happy to find my second order arrive yesterday but I was never sent an email with a tracking Also I understand on cutting back on the packaging but sending delicate products not in a Dior box I think will break some products people Have long been waiting For

Tried to order online. Kept saying card failed. Tried again. Failed again. Decided to forget it and order something else. Card failed again. Tried again. Ended up receiving both orders. Really didn’t need two bottles. Your site needs work.

Very slow processing and the online status of order is inaccurate. Product and packaging was good.

I have ordered poison girl and I did not like the fragrance. It was just an ordinary kind of fragrance with an ordinary performance. I think I have made a wrong selection. Sorry

Your checkout flow with PayPal method of payment is not working properly. Error message is displayed instead of Order Confirmation page. Really disappointing for customer to receive Order Confirmation email.

The products arrived in a timely manner. My rating is not about the products per se, but the wasteful packaging it arrived in. While it was a beautiful presentation from the shipping box down to the little bag the lipsticks were in I could not help but think at every moment about the waste produced. Dior would do well to re-think their image in this area.

Missing product, short the red roses shower gel.
