I am utterly disappointed. I made a purchase of a unit of amber du nuit on the 16/9/2020, invoice #2276258. The following day I was informed that the purchase was recalled after which an invoice was sent to me. The purchase has finally returned to the sender, Dior and to date my account have been debited and i have product.

There was an issue with the order. Instead of fixing it they said all they could do was cancel it but would not send my money back until UPS returned it to them which is going to take about 3 weeks at least from original order date. Could not order my brother another birthday gift!!

As usual samples were awesome.Shipping was great.However, I was not satisfied with the $110 cream that I purchased....(The Universal Cream which was DISCONTINUED was perfect. I have tried 3 types of Dior products to replace Universal. None compared).

Two was generous my order 2274225 was for 2 color countour sticks. I received a bronzer. Not at all what I ordered. It took 4 calls and 2 emails to CS and I’m still not sure how this will be resolved. I sent a photo of everything I received including packing and was told that in 3 days operations would send me a return label. THEN, AFTER this wrong product was received I would be sent what I ordered and paid for!! I spoke with a supervisor who said she would speed things up. THIS IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE. My products should be shipped overnight with a big apology and a return label for the bronzer enclosed. Want to add that their incorrect product was shipped back. However my original order has not been shipped to me although the supervisor said they would go out overnight yesterday. ...... nothing has been sent. It’s now 6 days of being told from CS that “ I see it is ready to go no tracking yet. “ Every day same story. They have the incorrect product all week and the paid for order a hope and a prayer

Horrible customer support and broken website! My wife and I tried to purchase a perfume through the website multiple times without any success. It wouldn’t accept any credit or debit card from any device regardless how many times we tried over the course of 1 week. The customer service via email would respond with a big delay with a generic answer that doesn’t solve any issues. The customer service over the phone doesn’t want us to pay by credit/debit card either and want us to use PayPal only. After multiple attempts over the course of a week we finally had to create a PayPal account in order to purchase anything from their website. If my wife didn’t like their perfume so much we’d never shop from Dior again.
