I understand we are going through a pandemic and delivery was going to be slow, but you left the option to pay for two-day shipping. I paid it and the delivery took 3 weeks. You should take that option from your ordering website. I never received a refund of the $9.95 additional I paid for the expedited shipping.

Sorry to say, Shipments took too long in receiving...never received the free gift wrap box offered for both orders...other than that all purchased items were finally received...thank you!

I payed $10 extra dollars for rushed delivery and I received my shipment in 2 weeks instead of 2 days. I understand there is a pandemic going on but don’t offer the service if you can’t go through with it.

My order sat in limbo for two weeks until I contacted Dior directly. Within a couple of day after contact my order shipped. Unfortunately, upon receipt, one bottle of perfume was broken. And it W wasn't shipping as there was no damage to the shipping box, nor the product 's box. It had to occur during initial packaging. Still awaiting resolution. But I must say Dior is very quick to respond to inquiries. Good job there.

I understand the circumstances, the virus , etc. It took a very long time to ship; I even got a phone call and an offer of another small sample as an excuse for lateness. When package finally arrived it was packed terribly with no promised sample and no packaging at all! Such a shame!

Sauvage is one of the best colognes ever made. Now that thats out of the way, I placed an order for one 6.8 oz bottle of Sauvage on the 5th of April and got several samples and travel size bottles plus coture gift wrap. I got a fraud alert on my bank card immediately and couldn't proceed until I confirmed it was a legitimate purchase. The status said processing and did not change for 16 days. On the 21st my order finally shipped and was immediately delayed by UPS. It arrived today on the 23rd which is quick with a delay. After opening there wasn't any gift wrap which isn't a big deal. But the Sauvage EDP travel size was broken and leaked all over everything else.
