I received an empty box !! That had been obviously Tampered with . I reported it and received no offer to replace products that I really needed . Just a 20% coupon off future purchases , email address to send photos of box and a we will open a carrier claim and let you know in 10 days !!!! I sent my email .... crickets ; no response. This is the poorest customer service . I paid for products I never received and a seller that doesn’t care.

Your company sent me an empty Dior box without the products I purchased inside. Then you blamed it on UPS. The shipping box was perfect and on damaged. Whoever packaged the shipment in the warehouse is the one who messed up not UPS. I still don’t have a reimbursement or a new product being sent to me. I will never order through your website again.

Package came in with missing items. The other palette is also damaged (literally like ash). They are meant to be a birthday present for my mom, really disappointing :(
