My boss asked me to place an overnight shipping order for her daughter. She spent over $200 on perfume and had no issue paying rush charges for overnight delivery. Not only did it not get there overnight, but NO ONE ever contacted me to let me know it never went out. When my boss contacted me furious, I called Dior and was told a supervisor would contact me. No one has ever got in touch with me. I have asked everyone at my agency to NEVER order from Dior again.

The time of the shipment arrival once you order is not at all near estimates. My order was delayed for around 3 days. Customer service is very poor. I tried calling them no less than 50 times in a 4 days period. With several voicemails. With no answers. I rather shop in a third party site much more preferable even if it's more expensive.

This is my first time purchasing a Dior makeup product. I spent $65 on the Airflash foundation and was so excited to get it. A week later, the aerosol stopped working! I tried cleaning the top wear it sprays out and nothing, just dead. Feel like I just threw away $65.

I bought some products and paid for the express shipping. It took them more than 3 days to even send the package . I tried to contact them via email and i never got an answer. I would recommend future customers to get their products at a department store.

Placed order on 11/20 & I followed up with update request with shipment specs--today it's 12/5 and NO ONE has had the decency to answer nor is there any info available from my DIOR account and order number. Is there even a customer service in place at this point!? My card has been charged since 11/20 though so with charging you it's no problem! I cannot believe DIOR would allow such. Overall an outrageous business transaction, I am left unsure of what to do next. Unbelievable!

Please Add more Payment option. I dont have a credit card. but i do have a paypal account or debit card. Please request you to look into this. I had so much trouble placing an order. I had to find a friend having a credit card, and as a student its to find credit card.

I will give 0 star if I could. It was terrible experience! I never received the package after the tracking status became "Delivered". (I check the mailbox and front door everyday). I reported to the customer service and they said they cannot do anything other than report to the UPS...... And it is about 2 weeks now and I heard nothing back from either Dior customer service or UPS!!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! WASTE OF MY MONEY AND TIME. I will never try online purchase again for DIOR if they cannot resolve this problem properly!
