Took5 days to process an order so I canceled the order before I ever got any tracking information. By far the worst service I have ever gotten from an online order.

I bought the brow stylist and I came broken! A 32$ brow pencil that doesn't work! I have tried to talk with costumer service many times and it has been impossible! So I couldn't return the item. Extremely disappointed with Dior and its products!!!

I ordered Dior flash and primer almost 3 weeks ago... I just barely got the foundation and still haven't gotten the primer... Shouldn't take this long to get - I can order directly through Dillard's and have it in a couple of days

I placed an order for perfume online over two weeks ago I received an email confirmation saying they got my order after a few days I contacted them on their website using their email customer service asking the status of my order I never heard a reply I did this again a few days later I never heard a reply a few days later I went onto the website and said to cancel my order for the perfume never heard a reply until just now over three weeks I have a email asking if I would rate my experience this is truly funny because I have no idea whether they've canceled my order all end up getting perfume in the mail they just do not and will not answer you on from their website in this day and age of online transactions emails text refunds to not be able to get an answer in three weeks is incredible and yet they found the time to send me an email requesting that I rate my experience

The customer service part of Dior was really nice. I purchase a few nail polish colors and the new gel top coat. I got the product quickly and the packaging was very pretty. However, I was very, very disappointed in the polish. It chipped not just a little, but badly within the first day. I thought maybe it was just a bad color, so I tried another one, and the same thing happened. The polish is expensive, and Dior is such a big name that I never thought that would happen. I definitely would not buy this again.

I recently made a purchase of a product that I later found out was unavailable. I did not receive a communication from Dior that the product was unavailable. I found out by researching why I hadn't received my order and that is was way overdue. I had an American Express notice that Dior charged my account, so I had to take time to contact Dior about the charge and no delivery. It was a waste of my time when Dior simply should have updated its website and/or sent me a message about the product availability. Horrible way to treat its customers. There are too many other good companies to waste anymore time with Dior.

Never received order and contacted through email with no response.

What I receive mostly from Dior are little expensive envelopes ciitng the virtues of the Dior label, not even samples. The company needs to become more "American" -,sample product oriented. Just pretty stationary with cards doesn't move anyone to want to sample, let alone buy Dior products.
