I ordered a freggrance and says we'll be arrived in 3-17 and I waited to the 20 of March and called they said it was sent to wrong address that the product was returned to sender so I called them and left msg never called me back I called again and I got to talk to someone and they told me they can't send it again they will refund me and I have to order again I think this is not great service if I am bough and u have it back just send it back specially after I called to confirm the address

I did make an order on Dior.com And for no reason you guys canceled my order. Without even notifying me with the cancelation. I hope someone from the Dior executives can investigate my matter. It's really was the worst experience ever. I need an official written apology with a compensation for the delay and the no reason cancelation. I even have tried to call your US 1800 numbers with no answer and no one answered my phone call only a recording machine.

I was so happy when I thought I could order my favorite European lipsticks. I ordered 4 tubes of #23. When the box came, I unpacked them and put them in the drawer of my dressing table. When I recently went to grab a new tube, to my dismay, there were 4 tubes of 005. I wrote to customer service and while they said as a curtesy I could return them. But, the person kept telling me I ordered. That #. And I finally said why must you prove me wrong. And told me my favorite # was not available 😬😬😬

WHAT IS HAPPENING. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AVAILABLE EITHER?! CAN I GET WHAT I PAID FOR?!

I bought a fragrance for my husband for Valentine's Day. It was supposed to be shipped overnight and their website stated it would arrive the day before. It arrived 3 days later. They stated since it was sent next business day it was within the time, however when I paid for the shipping, $18 extra mind you, it said delivery for Saturday so I accepted the charge. They will not refund the extra shipping. I will not be purchasing any dior ever again, I'd rather find a new scent.

Awful customer experience

I had ordered a perfume as a Valentine's gift for my boyfriend on Monday (Feb 8th) and I chose 2 day shipping. I was supposed to receive my package on Wednesday or at most Thursday but there was no email regarding shipping or tracking information till Wednesday. I called thousand times till I managed to talk to someone. He said there was a delay and I would definitely receive my package on Friday. Finally I received the package on Thursday (Feb 16), two days after Valentine's day. Isn't it a shame?! I expected this from any company in the world but Dior! I had arranged a party on Saturday to celebrate Valentine's day and I had nothing as a gift for my boyfriend. Isn't it a shame!!!!! So far, they have not answered my thousand phones and emails! They have not even refunded my shipping cost! never ever buy frim Dior.com!
