I wont be ordering online anymore. For the amount we pay for these products, why is it that I can call and call and call for days on end and never get a customer service rep on the phone? I leave messages and messages and never get a call back on my order. When I finally receive the order, things are missing and its just Real bad. Enough to never order again

I ordered a lipstick online directly from Dior because I thought I'd get superior service. When it didn't arrive more than 2 weeks later I called to get a status update. I was told the order got cancelled because they are reformulating the collection! No email to let me know- they just cancelled. When I placed the order more than 2 weeks ago 3 retailers had the shade in stock so I could have obtained it elsewhere had I known Dior would disappoint. Now my shade isn't available at Dior or any of the 3 retailers and I'm out of luck. Poor customer service and I'm so disappointed.

Actually it was the worst order I ordered from this company, because I ordered the fastest one which the delivery the order in two days which is I will take it on Tuesday. and my flight was on Wednesday. Unfortunately I couldn't receive it because of your company. I will not order again from Dior. Thank you.

Was beautiful but it could easealy contained four shoes, it was four different boxes one inside the other. Terrible waste and horrible for the environment we should try to save. I will not order again.

I ordered a lisptick to try it out first and it took a long time and then when i got an email my order was cancelled because out of stock. All the waiting for nothing.

I placed an order in july order # 306646 I received an email on 7/29 stating my order will b on hold until i confirm my shiippinh and mailing address. I reply to that email right away confirming my addressess. On 8/10 i received another email stating my order was cancel because i didnt replied back. I needed these products right away i was traveling out of the country. These are thr ONLY products i use for my face. I was very upset on the poor customer service that handled my order. Your products are extremelly very expensive and we as a loyal customers we should get a excellet and fair treatment. You cant imagine to how many ladies i have refferred to use this Dior products. I was very upset and dissapointed on the way my order was handled. But since i am so loyal customer i went back and replaced the order again for my foundation and a blush, to my dissapointed that the blush i ordered before was out of stock. Thank you

It was a gift for my friend birthday it was in 18 july and the order delived today !

Their shipment dates are fakes. First time, they delayed my order because wanted to informe me that they didn't have an item from my order. However, when I got my purchase there was everything that I ordered, including the item that they claimed to be out of stock. Second time, I ordered a gift for Mother'day, and their system showed me that the gift would be shipped the day before the holiday. However, the gift wasn't shipped on time. I called them many times to clarify the situation, but they didn't answer or called back. Then, I e-mailed Dior, and it took them a few days to answer. Finally, the shipment was delivered a week later the promised date. They didn't even said sorry. No apology at all. I've been their custumer for years. Compared to other countries, their US customer service is extremely poor.
