If after a purchase a site offers the option of not hearing further from them (newsletters/junkmail), you would think that site would respect that customer's choice! After the purchases I've made from Dior, never have, don't now and I suspect never will respect a customer choice in that respect. On EVERY site I have registered or have made a purchase I have ALWAYS left the box to receive any future newsletters or contact of any kind unchecked. Dior, like many other companies, ignores or changes the customer's preference. Dior will have to make some changes to prove to me and no doubt others that Dior can be trusted. This being my opinion of course.

I was very upset with the service. i ordered twice and my order got cancelled twice. so i ordered it from macy's. and suddenly it got delivered and macy's also got delivered and it was a gift and felt so embarrased. i paid extra for express delivery which was a waste since i was suppose to get it by tuesday but it got delivered by friday.. their excuse was the system did not update. very poor.

I was waiting for my order for several days, just to find out you guys canceled it for supposedly giving the wrong card info. Every bit of the info I gave was correct!!! I ended up having to wait a week for my refund and I went to a local vendor instead!

One of the items I ordered was not shipped with the rest of the order but I was charged for it. Getting a hold of customer service is difficult because of their short hours of operation. Left messages but they never called me back. Finally, after several attempts, reached a representative and was told it would take ten days for them to file a UPS claim even though the item was clearly not packed in the first place and not the fault of UPS. It's been two weeks now and I'm still waiting for the refund.

Dior makes two different versions of the same after shave lotion with the same identical name. The only difference, as per my knowledge, is that one version is packed in a tan/brown glossy box while the other one is shipped in white box. I have been using the one that ships in tan/brown glossy box and smells WONDERFUL. There is no way to know what I will be getting when I ordered on Dior website. I don't like the version I received.

Mi compra inicia el 26/8/2016 y recibiría mi orden ( Dior web order 316675) el 6/septiembre/2016 Llego tarde pero en el día indicado , pero al abrirlo no incluía mis compras solo una caja color gris por fuera y blanca por dentro con el logo Dior y eso sí mucho pero mucho papel tissu en color blanco Así que dese muy temprano el día 8/9/2016 trato de comunicarme con el servicio al cliente para reportar lo sucedido no lo logro porque no cuentan con un servicio de atención en español! Después de muchos intentos más 7 horas tratando que alguien me atendiera, recibir ayuda dé otro departamento el cual me indica que envía un email en español con lo sucedido y ellos lo traducirán. Never received to product I ordered.

I placed an order of several items with Dior and was anxiousely awaiting delivery, only to receive notification a couple of days later that due to a flaw in their system I would have to re-order. I went to a local Brick and Mortar Store to make my purchase. They did not have all I needed and told me they would have to order it or I could place an order online. Their products are not carried in store on a consistent basis, and the now the online service is also flawed. Considering that Dior has high end products with prices to match this is not what you expect. Been buying Dior for over 10 years, service and availability is in a steady decline. I am very sad to write this.
