It was my fathers birthday and I three times placed orders for SAUVAGE parfumerie which was in stock according to info on your web site ! And three times I received an e-mail that product out of stock! How is it possible! I trusted your official web site but now I feel like it's more convinient and faster to order from local stores like Macy's or sephora. Poor service. I'm over surprised, honestly...

I ordered a 3.4 oz miss Dior blooming bouquet with complimentary transportation offered by Dior. However, two hours later I got an email from Dior indicating my order has been rejected. I called Dior's customer service, however they did not pick it up. So I left a message asking them what was wrong. I also sent and email imploring an explanation. They never answered.

Cancel my order without any reason. And not reply to my several emails. After two weeks this website do nothing on me. Please back my money as soon as possible. I am disappointed and will never use this website to shop any more.

I have been using an inexpensive lip liner because it was dark but the company discontinued it. I decided to look for a better quality which is why I ordered from Dior. I bought both a lipliner and a lipstick and neither were the dark color they appeared. Rather they were far away from the color I thought they were and wanted. Moreover the lipliner - which I thought was self-sharpening - was not. All in all a disappointing experience for a first time Dior shopper.

Received damaged product and the process of recovering my money that I paid for something that came defective, and is impossible to come to a resolution, and customer service is very nasty and rude!!!

I placed an order in early September and never received my order. I payed extra to have my items shipped to me sooner as I was going on vacation the following week. I have been contacting customer service in regards to this issue and I have yet to get a resolution. I am very disappointed.
