I could have ordered on another website but chose to purchase directly from Dior for the gift wrapping. Was pretty disappointed when I received my package to only find the items I ordered with no gift box.

My shipment from Sephora arrived days before my Dior purchase, and my one little Dior lip gloss arrived in a cardboard box that was approximately 12 inches long by 3 inches high by 8 inches wide. For one little lip gloss. Seems very wasteful. So two stars for took a long time and giant unnecessary packaging.

I paid an extra to buy on Dior to have my item “gift wrapped” only to have it come any other way a department store would’ve shipped it. Not worth the money

My recent order took nearly a month to be sent out and is yet to arrive. That is after many inquiries to the customer service. Compared to Chanel US, which does overnight shipping no problem even in this time of COVID-19 delays, I think Dior is just not putting enough effort into serving their clients. I'm actually now am going to stay firmly away from ordering from Dior and turn completely towards Chanel.

I made an order on March 31st, and my product just arrived today April 20th, a lot of time for shipping. Also with my order was included a Dior Couture gift wrap, but you didn,t send me one in the box. I am very disappointed with Dior.
