First time ordering online my order shipped a day before I got it it got send back Dior issue a return order I paid with my PayPal account some how they had a issue with it and till this day I haven’t got my money back or my order never again

My order was never delivered to me. UPS says it delivered. The package was not there. And Customer Service was NOT helpful.

My “package” was received four days after I placed my order just to open the box up to only a gift box filled with tissue paper and none of my items present. I was issued a refund but was never told what went wrong.

As packaging is an essential part of any gift it was extremely disappointing that the boxes were completely saturated and pretty disgusting in appearance. Whilst this was probably the result of a disinterested delivery driver it still took the shine off a gift.

Unfortunately my eyeshadow arrived smashed and useable and I am having a heck of a time getting Customer Care to do anything about it. So far it’s been a phone call and at least 4 emails back and forth, some were duplicates requesting the same information and photographs over again. Too much drama for me, I’d recommend purchasing Dior products somewhere other their website.
