I ordered items for my wife's birthday. I chose 2-day shipping to ensure delivery before the date. The item arrived late. When filing a complaint, they did nothing to fix the issue, only blamed the fact that they received the order later. First of all, they were supposed to provide me with an email confirming receipt of the order, which I never got. Second, I should have been refunded the extra money I spent to get it shipped on time. I wasn't. And finally, after being made aware of both issues I received no compensation or even an apology!

I never received a product ordered online. I have been trying to reach Dior all day (1/11/17) and cannot seem to get through by telephone or email.

I received an email saying I never responded to a voicemail I never received and it was never delivered.

They sent a confirmation that order was processed successfully and account was charged, but the item was never shipped and when I called they said they cancelled it without letting me know or explaining reason why

Badly designed website with confusing interfaces make a tedious shopping experience. Worse. it doesn't update stock! I ordered a fortune in Christmas gifts, and four - FOUR! - days later I gat an email very snottily telling me my order is canceled. There was a nasty bit about my credit card not working (It did, I used a debit card and they took my money, I checked. At least they put it back.) I had shelled out for second day delivery yet two days after I'm supposed to have my shopping in hand they send me a rude email? It was very much a middle finger. I'm disabled and don't walk very well, a mall at Christmas is not a place I should be. But because Dior can't manage a small shopping site with limited selection I wound up in one on December 22, and the worst happened. Some fool kicked my crutch and I slammed in the concrete floor and wound up in an ambulance. Dior will never see another dime from me. Chanel fixed me up with lovely things and they came last thing Christmas Eve - but they came. Guess whose make up we're wearing from now on?
