Made an order online which got cancelled because some items were out of stock which they never told me which ones...so I contacted customer service asking what was out so I can reorder but just got very generic response that the order did not meet Dior requirements. I responded to that email asking again what was wrong and got no response at all! Never had such a horrible customer service! Never ordering from their website (USA) again! I do like their makeup a lot but I guess major retailers will be the way to go from now on...

Almost One month I don't get your product ,no one tell me why

Never got any order. They were all cancelled.

I was so excited to order the brand new mascara that came out recently by Dior. After I received it, I was very disappointed as it came out in big clumps onto my lashes. I wrote to Dior asking to return it, and after paying over $32.00 for it, they said I had to PAY to return it for credit. It wasn't my fault that this new mascara came out in clumps, but then to ask me to return it at my expense, was hitting below the belt. I won't buy Dior again. Period.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I recently purchased several products in my last order. I did not receive the foundation in my package. My package was not damaged, nor were there any signs of it being tampered with. I called Dior several times and finally got to speak to a person on the phone instead of leaving a voicemail that no one returns and they have launched an investigation against UPS! UPS is not at fault, but investigate away! My package was sealed. Dior did not pack it with my order. They will not send me a replacement until they determine the investigation with UPS. So I'm out $82 for Foundation that I never received. Thankfully since I did not receive my product, I can disputed the charge with my credit card company which I am in the process of doing. I'm no longer purchasing Dior products becasuse of this. Which is a shame because I've been a long time customer until this incident. Dior should change their customer service. I'm very dissatisfied.

My order was cancelled with no explanations.

It was an unacceptable experience. I tried to do the online order twice and they cancel without explaining the specific reasons-just mentioned in general -online requirements. Still wondering what are they.
