Everything was perfect except not sending me gift box or any gift packaging as indicated on the website.

I wish my item would have came in the gift wrap that’s shown when you checkout.

It's wonderful to be able to order directly from Dior. Sometimes it's a little challenging to find what I want, especially if I don't have the specific name and type of lipstick as an example.

The order arrived quickly and everything came in perfect condition.

The lip oil gives such a nice tint (I got Rosewood) and it feels so hydrating on the lips! The color is subtle yet very luminous!

products came fast! but the packaging could be improved to be more secure; some samples were loose and the box was flipped on it’s side.

I love Dior products and I usually buy from Neiman Marcus, but because of covid-19 I have decided to order from Dior website. Was kind of frustrating because I was not able to write my address correctly since we website does not accept 1/2’s so my package was delivered to my neighbor. My main problem was that I didn’t get my travel size with my purchase. Usually with $100+ you get a free travel size and I didn’t get mine.

I live by Dior cosmetics. Especially the backstage collection. I also use their prestige skincare line. The customer service is great. Plus the two day shipping always gets here in two days during the day which I love so I don’t have to wait around for hours. We are always thanked 🤗 with lots of samples. Four instead of five only because I was never alerted about an unavailable item after payment.
