Item was delivered but later than I expected. But, I do understand the delay due to the current times we're currently in. What I don't understand is why I did not get my free gift for the purchased I did that being advertised.

My order came without gift wrapping and box. It’s free, but wrapping and box were included in my invoice. Everything was thrown in the box and mailed.

I didn’t ask for a gift box but each email confirming my order said I would receive my item in a Dior gift box. It seems silly to get a lip liner in a gift box, but I was excited to receive it. No gift box. So why tell me I was getting one?

I tried at least 10 times to check out my order but whenever I reached the payment part, it would give an error code before I could enter anything. I tried from my phone, my Mac, and my work PC. I contacted customer care and explained was told to try a different browser—I had already tried 3! I was finally able to select PayPal instead of a regular method of payment and that worked. My husband also tried to order -19 times and had same issue. Then to find out 3 of those orders somehow went through but he never received any type of confirmation. We ended up having to return about $800 worth of perfume and skin care! Customer service with the return took over 24 hours to get back with us due to nobody working in the return area- they had to find where to shop it. This customer service agent on 4/28 was the only reason I didn’t give this experience a one star rating. If customers are wanting to buy your products and tell you something is wrong with your site, you should probably take it seriously and not blow them off. Both me and my husband experienced this with different service agents at different times.

Customer Service phone call was not very courteous. The agent was not trying to understand what I was explaining concerning my order and basically told me I didn’t know what I was talking about. The agent said that she would send me an email after researching what I was concerned about and never did.
