Product looks great. It came in a box that was 8x8 with all kinds of bubble , etc. My product would be 50% less without outvall the useless and wasteful packaging

Took a long time to arrive. Poorly packaged. Truly disappointed.

As of today 4/26/2020, 3 weeks after I ordered, i still have NOT receive the items. Where are my items Dior?

It takes three weeks before they are shipped to me and there was no communication to tell me that it will take that long. I thought I have placed a wrong order

First, I waited an extremely long time for my product.. After, waiting almost a month, I was disappointed on the size of the primer... I paid $36.00 for basically a travel size primer.. The primer isn't cracked up to what everyone seemed it would be... I was suppose to receive 2 samples of other products that Dior offers but never received them..

I could understand that the shipment was delayed due to the coronavirus outbreak, but when the order included the gift wrapping, which was not available when the delivery arrived. This is very disappointing.

This was a gift for my girlfriend I asked if the products cone in the gift box, and you confirmed. The product came in a regular box, the “free samples” broken everywhere inside the brown box, pieces of glass, the product box was wet, damaged, terrible presentation for a gift of course. So, no samples, and dirty.
