I ordered Jadore over two weeks ago along with some stuff from Sephora. I got my makeup, but have yet to receive my perfume. This is my first time ordering from Dior and I am pretty disappointed. The link on an email you sent to track my order did not work. You have my money, where's my product??

Their customer service is awful, I ordered an item from their website and after a few hours they cancelled my order and nobody told me what was wrong!!! I can't believe how bad their customer service is! I'm completely unsatisfied and I'll never purchase anything from dior.com

I bought it, they sent me a mail which I didn't see so even though I payed and gave all the info correctly, they cancelled my order even though I asked them to proceed. Bought it at Neiman Marcus and it was so much easier and even cheaper. Not buying again from Dior directly

My order was never shipped and I never received notification from Dior until I contacted them 2 weeks after the order.

I tried to order the dior forever makeup and I got the overnight shipping...never came. I had to call a week later for them to tell me they had problem with all orders and they couldn't give me what I ordered. Very disappointed
