I ordered and paid for 2 day shipping and received my products 5 days later after I had run out. When I placed my order I confirmed over the phone that they would arrive in 2 days. I ended up having to drive an hour away to buy my products elsewhere (1 hour each way). When I called Dior to discuss my disappointment, I was assured that someone would call me back to discuss. I have yet to receive a call. But I am not surprised since they never replied to my phone calls and voicemails during their posted business hours for 4 days. Love the products but some of the worst customer service I have yet to experience.

In one word horribly disappointed. After placing order the very next day Dior emailed that my order does not "meet their requirements "so it's being cancelled! I didn't knew that we had to place order upon the wishes of Dior customer care team. They should mention on their website no last moment order cancellations and free shipping only if we should order bulk so that it meets their requirements and then perhaps they will ship our products.

I spent my time & provided credit information for a product the was not available. It is sad that the house of Dior has gone so low since the loss of John Galliano. I will NOT be doing business with dior again.

Dior cancelled my order without an explanation several times. Ended up ordering at another merchant.

Placed an over night shipment order only to be contacted 4 days later letting me know item was out of stock or order was not executed. Which left me scrambling to go and have to drive around to find the perfume the night of my wife's birthday.

My purchase was approved with a confirmation order only for me to receive an e-mail a few days later stating that the order was cancelled due to low inventory or some step that had gone wrong.

I work overseas and they will not ship to a diplomatic post office. Plus the woman I spoke with was rude.

The agent I spoke with was rude, inattentive, and unhelpful.
