I was ordered a lipstick from Dior Beauty Usa Online it was confirmed everything was fine the but tomorrow I saw the e- mail from dior said they cancelled it. First they told me it was out of stock so I called the customer service to ask when it would be avaliable they said it is not out of stock then they told me my shipping adress on card and myshipping adress on site is not Matching but I was so sure it was fine but I went to bank for double- check so they told me there is no pleblem woth card or adress. So I called them again to ask why they could not send me I have enough money in my Chase debit card to puchasw this item and everythig is fine they wahat did they told me from customer service sorry I could not give further information but you can not buy this product . Whats is the reason that I could not buy something ? Im so upset and so unhappy. Disrespectfully wrong.

I have never received my order or even shipment confirmation. Order number is 515361 from August 17.

I placed an online order on a Thursday for 3 of the contour lipsticks I had been obsessing over with shipment to be made on the following Monday. They emailed me for my shipping address again on Saturday and told me I would not get my shipment on time. I'm not sure why the hold up , why not accept the address in the order? They offered no explanation, no apologies, no discount, no expedited shipment of any kind to meet the Monday date or maybe even the next day of Tuesday just nothing. It was suppose to be a 2 day shipment. Two weeks later, the purchase has not arrived. I had to search for a customer service number and called twice and no one returned my call until the following day. I wrote to customer complaint only to be told that UPS lost the merchandise. Why would Dior not advise me of this? Why do I have to chase you for my paid merchandise. I cancelled my order! I will never purchase from Dior on line ever again.

I'm very disappointed with Dior's customer service and the overall online shopping experience. When I placed an order on Tuesday (September 12th), it was with the intention of it arriving on Friday (September 15th) and causing a very pleasant surprise to my wife. I was unable to place the order on that given day because of a glitch caused by the second address line (on the ordering page) - something I only discovered on Wednesday, September 13th. When one of your representatives contacted me to confirm my billing zip code, something she wouldn't have to do was it not for the glitch that caused numerous billing errors and potential scam alerts to my credit card account, I politely asked if there was a way she could expedite the delivery to make sure it reaches me on Friday. Her best suggestion was that I can cancel the order and place it again, this time choosing the more expensive shipping option. Being that I was at work and couldn't carve out a few minutes to reorder it I decided not to, especially since your associate assured me the perfume will be shipped on the same day, Wednesday September 13th. I've just received a tracker and it said it was only shipped on Thursday, September 14th and wouldn’t reach me until Monday, September 18th.

Very rude customer service and every time I asked them a question their answers " I don't know " It was really bad experience.

I made two orders on Labor Day. Both of the orders were cancled without calling me to check my information first.
