This is a joke! I have ordered my Mascara one month ago. Then hey sent me an email saying that I have not completed my order which I clearly remember doing, but whatever, I placed my order again. I received an email saying that they don't have my address! How? I got confirmation for my order with my address. Also I would not be able to complete my order and get that confirmation if I didn't enter my ADDRESS! So its been 1 month now, still don't have my order. They say they called me, no one did! What a scam! Don't order from here because you will never see your order arrive and you will be charged for it too

Will not purchase from the Dior website. After providing Dior my shipping and mailing address with my online order, Dior halted my order (for security purposes, they later say) until I could send them an email confirmation of the address. They state that they waited for me to send them an address confirmation via email and later attempted to contact me by phone. Unfortunately, I did not receive their email, but I do not believe they tried to call me. The net effect was Dior cancelled my order because I didn't respond quickly enough to them.

I ordered Rouge Dior liquid, extreme long wear. I received it super fast. The product is not as advertised on website. May be max 2 hours stay on my lips! As soon as I drink or eat, it goes away exactly like normal rouge! The color is lighter as what is shown on website. I contacted Customer service, and asked if they really have a long wear rouge, since this one is not definitely long wear! They copy pasted the return policy for me, which says I have to pay for shipping fee and may want to try the Dior Addict Lip Tattoo. How can I trust the other long wear, since the one I purchased is not long wear at all! And have to pay for return shipping fee! I didn't expect all these from Dior product and brand! Definitely my last time!

This is my first time to order Dior products online, normally I would go to the mall. For convenience reason and free gift samples, I gave it a try. As I browsed through the products and putting them in the cart, the screen said that I would get 1 travel size free sample gift and I was able to pick from the choices. Then another message on the screen said that for over $100 worth of order, I can pick 2 more travel size free sample gift and I was able to pick 2 more from the choices as my order totaled to $225. At the end of the transaction before paying with my credit card, it said that my orders will come in a dior gift box nicely tied with a ribbon. My order came 9 days after, and I only got 1 free gift sample. I went online again and tried to order products just to check that what I saw as far as the free samples are correct, and it showed the same free samples. The next business day I called Dior customer service and inquire about the supposedly 3 free samples. The lady that took my call listened to me and even said that “oh yeah, samples are important so you could try the product”, she then took my number and she said she will call me back. I never got a call back up to this day as I write this feedback. I was so disappointed with the customer service I got from Dior.com. Also, please don’t offer free samples if it’s not true.

impossibly bad e-commerce site. It looks like it belongs to a startup pet store rather than a luxury brand. Had to enter my order 3 times and you still f***d it up on the back end and we had to wait for the product to restock at Sephora. Please do your brand a huge favor and avoid direct sales to customers, you are a manufacturer of quality goods, which is not a bad thing at all. You're just a really s***y marketer unable to handle even the most basic logistics. And while you're at it, fix this "trust pilot" thing too. Can you do ANYTHING right?
