Every person I talked to had no sympathy! my order was cancelled bc I put my married name but my card name is my maiden name.... and took 5 days to refund my money but no one was willing to help me or make the changes before canceling my order!

I didn't get my package yet, so I asked customer service but they said just ask UPS management. It was not helpful. I will not buy anymore. I waste $121 and didn't get anything.

I love Dior, but I never had bought anything online. This was my first online purchase. I got a mascara with a missing brush. They should have open it and make sure everything was ok, but obviously no one did. I had to return the product. The weird thing is that when I called the customer service I was told that they don’t pay for the return ship. So I had to pay almost $5 to return the product. I will never buy any Dior product online.

I made an order and after couple of days they sent me that Dior will not be able to send me the purchases. I didn't know the reason. Thus I called the customer service and she replied with rudness "I don't know, I can't tell you the reason. Send an email and ask" I hang out with her and sent an email to the customer service and I got no reply. The worst customer service I dealt with. I will tell all my friends not to deal with Dior as if they have a problem they will not find help from this company.

I've purchased some products online, but the website shown the order has been cancelled. So I ordered the same products again. After few days Dior.com sent me two packages and charged twice. When I double checked my orders on the website, it were shown I ordered twice and both are completed. That was so ridiculous! I have to return one of the package and Dior won't refund the shopping fee. I have a 5 mouths baby, it's hard to go outside and shopping, so I think online shopping will be convince but unfortunately the experience was so disappointed.

I tried to buy a "Grey Montaigne" I called your customer service to check the status of the order since I hadn't received the confirmation of the shipment. The representative confirmed that the product would arrive that week. 5 minutes later I received an email only with the sentence "Your order have been cancelled". I called again to the number and the person who talked with me (Jamila) was very rude the entire call; she told me I was supposed to call to confirm the method of payment, when I asked her how was I supposed to know that, she just said "that is specified in the Terms and Conditions you accepted when you placed your order". and never offered any solution or even offer an apologize for the inconvenient. I asked some more questions and her attitude was awful. As I told another person who I talked to check the charge, this is not the service that I expect from a company like Dior. Honestly, after that call I don't feel comfortable buying again in your website; I think staff in customer service is not well trained.

In preparation for my trip to NYC I Ordered a certain perfume to be delivered upon my return. This was to prevent losing it through Airport Security after shopping at Macy's. Apparently they dismissed my order in poor judgment as being unworthy of their services.

Two times I order, you tow time canceled my order!!!! Bad, bad,bad
