I placed an order for Christmas on Dec 16 for a delivery by Dec 22. I received immediately a purchase confirmation stating that my order was being processed. On Dec 18, I received an email informing me that they were out of stock.

I had a very bad experience with you guys this Christmas. You cancelled my order without giving me any reason. When I called your customer care line, whoever spoke to me was very rude. I am never ever going to deal with you guys anymore.

I placed order and funds were taken out of my account just for me to get an email the next day saying what I purchased was out of stock which I’m sure they knew before taking the funds out of my car and making me wait for a refund . Ruined my Christmas

I do not think its acceptable that a fancy site like Dior.com can even have such a poor return policy for luxury goods. I prefer taking my Dior purchases to Nordstrom. No free return label, no clear phone number to call to get info on returns on the website. Overall a HUGE disappointment. I prefer buying my Dior products from Nordstrom and other stores even if they don't have exclusives like online does. I will not be buying from Dior.com again. Even Chanel.com accepts returns to their boutique, while Dior is a disappointment.

Very disappointed- ordered product that was in stock online. Received notice days later that it wasn’t available. Since Dior cannot find the technology to keep their website up with their inventory, I will order elsewhere

Cancelled my order without any reason. I need to place a new order again. Didn’t ship me the gift with purchase. And shipping is sooo long. If I can buy from department store, I will never buy from this website. Thanks
