missing gift box

My experience with Dior was terrible. I asked for a gift box wrapping, when I got my package it was not gift wrapped. They just threw the cologne in the brown box in got shipped in. It was like receiving shoes with no shoebox. I was very disappointed.

It took a long time for my order to ship out.

I understood packaging would be minimal but didn’t realize they would pack so carelessly. The boxes were all squashed. Definitely not Dior standards.

I felt like my order was just thrown into the box all random like. The card i requested did not come either. But the perfume smelled great.

Quality of product is undeniable. However, communication on status of order and/or tracking information was subpar.

Called customer asking about when my shipment will be shipped! The second time I was on the phone with lady and I said it’s been almost ten days since I placed the order, and after she checked and said it’s not ten days, it’s only been 6 days, you don’t count weekend! There is better way to correct customer and definitely not the way she did! And I request the gift packaging to be put in the box and I will package for myself once I got it! Well, there is no gift package as i request ! Not very happy with the purchase! I understand it is a difficult time and you all strive to continue working as hard as usual but should pay attention to details still, and customer service needs improvement!

The order took 2 weeks to get processed and shipped to me finally. And there is no gift wrapping! It should be a present!!!
