Do not order from here!!!! I placed an order online and although ups confirmed delivery I never received the package. I called Dior who Then told me to call ups and file a claim, I filed a claim with ups a few days later I followed up with ups and they concluded their investigation and finalized my lost package claim. I followed up with Dior about my claim and after 15+ days they have finally made a decision to give me a refund but they must receive the money from UPS which usually takes another 8-10 business days, plus the time it takes the credit to hit my account... sooo over a month later still no refund ! I do not recommend, horrible customer service.

I shopped for 3 times all of which were canceled after days. No reason. There should be a reason for me or cancel the order earlier. I got an email with a prom code after I registered on the website but when I shopping , the code doesn't work. so why do you send it to me ?

Never receive it. Placed an order 4 days after received email that item no longer available. Horrible! Why do you have it on your website if it’s not available! Was supposed to be a present! Very disappointed

I have not received the product, nor even had word that the item has shipped. However, I have bought this item in stores before and I LOVE it:)

Never received the order. I ordered this on Dec 15 just before I left country few days before Christmas for my wife as Christmas presents.

Why cancel my order and the customer service is bad

I was eagerly anticipating the arrival of this cologne so badly and I was extremely happy in the response by the DIOR team by notifying me the very next day after I placed my order notifying me via e-mail that my item has been shipped. Only to find out that the delivery person (UPS) only made ONE ATTEMPT then automatically sent it back to the sender.
