My first time ordering direct from Dior. Read there online information that everyone has access to. Read that you get complimentary travel size fragrance with order, 2 samples, and complimentary wrapping. When I checked out no men’s travel fragrance’s available. I choose the female fragrance. The next day I contacted Dior, customer service about getting a male travel fragrance and was flat out told we are out you get what we have. The end. I returned everything back for a refund. There are many fragrances out there to choose from.

Bad customer service! And if the products damaged then the customer service only will say if it’s damage then they won’t refund you. So please don’t buy any products from dior.com. Their customer service is super rude and no patient.

Most HORRIBLE experience, AVOID going to this store!!! Was not expecting this from Dior!!! I am a stylist and went to visit the Dior store but as soon as had someone following me with a meter distance the all the time made me very uncomfortable, when I ask the staff member about a product he gave me a dirty look and was very Rude and did not have product knowledge. The manager and recruitment team for Dior need to be sacked and a new team replace them, maybe then they can recruit some nicer people and give better service, they need a better recruitment team. I have never been treated like that in any retail store!!! I have spent thousands with the brand but after this experience will not be going back!!! Avoid shopping at this store!!! It is much better places to spend your money then in a store where treat you badly!!!

Smelled Dior perfume on magazine smelled so good and bought it for 60 bucks got it in mail stinks like shiz never get through them again

The USA online website and its customer service are a disaster! We tried to pay 5 times for the order with 3 differents cards (PREMIUM credits cards). We called 3 times the customer service to ask for help in order to finalize our order but no efficiency in return ... The service customer was unable to give us details of the refusal of our order ... The cream Prestige has not been successful for Valentine's Day!

I was extremely disappointed that Dior shipped my order "ground" when they advertised in an email they sent me that if I ordered by a certain date and time (which I did), that they would use 2-day shipping. Instead of taking 2 days, I waited 7 days for my order and my order did not arrive in time for my daughter's birthday. I called Customer Service and they said I could pay to ship the order back. When I said that was unacceptable, they said just don't accept the package when UPS delivers it. I expected better service from a company like Miss Dior. I'll be ordering from Chanel for her next birthday.

Never received my shipment and when I contacted Dior they started an investigation with the post office but I have not received an update or a refund and it’s been 2 weeks!

Didn't get to place order system wouldn't let me. Frustrating when I've ordered before with no problems. Ready to switch brands.
