I tried for days on end to get responses and help from dior. I needed color matching and they couldn't help me with this, so I ordered the foundation I usually use, and the cancelled my order. Responses took several days and at one point, when they cancelled my order, I never recieved any response at all. I think dior makes superior quailty products, but customer service is VERY important to me, and it seems that dior does not value it's customers. Therefore, I am looking to switch the makeup I use to another luxury brand. I ended up finding what I needed but the taste of the experience I had with your customer service still lingers. So I don't intend to use any dior cosmetics going forward.

My order was cancel without any raison and mu refund take one week , the order was a gift for a special day. If you cancel the order refund the money right away

I have seen a nail polish online. I went to Nordstrom in Mission Viejo and they did not have the color, I also went to Fashion Island in person to see if they had one. In the end, I bought it online. When, the package arrived, I saw that it was too brown and not a good match with my skin tone. Return policy is 30 days and only shipping back, no in store returns. I called the 877 number on the envelope. Spoke to the person who stated that it is now more than 30 days and there is nothing that she can do. Dear Dior, I will never buy anything either at your store or online. Will stick to Chanel nail polish. Your customer service is not about the customer.

Terrible experience with Dior.com. I placed my order two separate times and both orders were canceled. I was unable to get the product I order.

Called in USA and the customer service was poor, she was rude and made me late for work....sickening never again.

Eventually my order has been cancelled in regard to no reason so I do have a terrible experience. I order with same information with same credit card from Chane, Dolce Gabbana.. etc but somehow you cancelled my orders 2 times so I am very disappointed.

I never got my order...my order was canceled because I leave in a small town and we have Rual Route Box numbers. These are the actual house addresses. It was assumed that this was a PO BOX. There was never any contact about my order it was just canceled, then took several days to put the money back into my account. If I had just had an email or phone call I could have my order. I am not happy with the way my order was handled.

Dior.com took the order and then cancelled on me after a few days. It was a birthday gift that I was not able to get delivered at the right time to my sister. Not a good experience.
