I ordered the product, it was sent to the wrong address, my home address. UPS notified me a week after delivery attempt that they couldn't find my name on the bell (?????) I scheduled re-delivery, but they sent it back to Dior. Dior lost my business and UPS lost my business because of this unacceptable service.

Wrong mascara was sent. I can't find New Look anywhere. If you discontinued it, why do you still offer it for sale?

Did not get the travel size item for purchasing $120 or more per order. Other than that orders purchased were as expected and satisfied.

I purchased a lipstick online and this is my first time shopping with Dior. I was so excited to get the package but when I opened the box the lipstick was chopped off from the tube. I don’t know where to return or exchange it so I kept it. Apparently I wasted my money.

They were selling products that were not available on their website. I did not realize this until they cancelled my online order twice in a row, but there was no explanation as to why they cancelled my orders. So I contacted their customer service team via email, and they basically said "As you can appreciate, we manually validate every online orders." Well, they did not really answer my question, "Why are you selling things on your website that are not available?" I thought I'd try Dior products after using La Mer, but nope. I am going back to La Mer :-)
