The packaging presentation was a disappointment

The perfume is amazing as always. However I have received my package opened and the gift wrapping box was missing!

I received the order in the promised date (3 weeks). But the gift box was not received. I send an email and the excuse was the pandemic.:(

The product my 15 year old daughter purchased was wonderful, exactly what she hoped for. Our only disappointment is that it didn't arrive in a beautiful box keepsake like her Chanel purchase. She worked so hard saving up her allowance in order to purchase quality couture brands, part of the experience is the luxe packaging and boxes. Disappointed our purchase was basically bubble wrapped but at least the product is beautiful. We understand the current circumstances may limit shipping of boxes; however for a 1st time excited customer the total experience would have been great.

I could have bought this at so many places but it was a Birthday gift for my grandson who gets no birthday party, no prom, no graduation ceremony or party because of the uncontrollable circumstances of these times. I went to Dior because of the free gift wrap and computer generated card that I got to compose. Well that was a myth. The fragrance however gets five stars because it's heavenly. Just don't lie to the people.

The only problem was that the Dior Homme was not the same as it once was a couple of years ago this is the new formulated version which is disappointing, the older version was amazing! I loved it. I’ve been using only dior fragrances for 4+ years now they never disappoint however the new homme is just not it for me.

Box got here damaged. Are you guys understaffed? The box, everything was damaged in it. Before I would give Dior.com 5 stars, now I just cant believe this.

I ordered a gift box and a gift card but the package arrived without it . Like I did not request It at all !!!!!!
