Im not happy at all with the service. I did order some stuff online and when i received the box from 5 items only 3 were inside and when i called and make the claim they are making me wait more than 2-3 weeks for my money tk be returned. And im still waiting. The worst company ever...I thought you guys were better but im mistaking...

CUTTING CORNERS AS A LUXURY BRAND? Since the time I ordered over 11 days ago, until now - still no product. UNACCEPTABLE EXPERIENCE ordering perfume for my sister's birthday. Had to speak to customer service reps twice and both times they were not qualified. Feel very upset about the entire process. The advice I was given was to go to the store to buy the perfume. Thanks! What a great idea. WHY didn't I think of that myself? To make matters worse, the lady put in the wrong zip code when I had to PHONE in the order because their computer system did not work and after I thought the order processed, I was called and asked to phone them back...which I did. and this is when the lady put the wrong zip in (my billing instead of shipping) So, on the day i was supposed to receive my order (over a week and a half later)...it was returned to "sender". Just awful. When I saw that this happened I called and asked the rep what they would do to help me - she said that i could re-order it or go to the store would really be my best option and purchase it. So, I asked to speak to her supervisor and she told me no, they weren't available, and no - nobody was available. Oh, also, I wont get my money back until the order is fully returned to sender. Also she had the nerve to tell me that 'one day' shipping was $17.. I was like excuse me, so she was like oh yeah um i can give you a promo for that. When I realized that i would be double charged by Dior for awhile, for mistakes they made...it didn't feel right. So with that... no perfume for my sister for her birthday. Such disappointment. Shame on this customer service department. For such a luxury brand...the service is the opposite. I work in Marketing and I would never cut corners in this manner. I will never shop here again.

Could’nt buy the perfume

I have ordered from here 5 times with the same credit card and all of the orders have been cancelled. It is so frustrating because they continue to tell me that it is probably due to the billing address which I have checked everytime. When I call they are extremely unwilling to help me place my order again.

I ordered a product that was not as represented. It was a lipstick that was called Lip Tattoo and advertised as lasting all day. I put it on several times a day and it did not stay on for one hour, much less one day! I am upset that I had to pay return postage on a product that was not as represented. I will not order again online from Dior US.

I have waited for 15days, and I haven’t gotten my package.........? It seems like I threw $40 out.

Service is excellent the clothes from the new Designer, Maria Grazia Chiuri, are horrible.

This was my first and last order from dior! The customer service is awful, the first time I called about returning a item, I was told to what until UPS contacted me before I could get a return label because ups had to an investigation. I waited a couple of days to call back because no one contacted me and was told a different story finally a a few calls back I got someone who knew what to do, she sent the label to me. I had to take pics of the item to send to customer service. This was a bad experience, I will continue to shop with Sephora, without having to be hassled. I will never order anything from Dior online!
