I’m waiting to get my shipment information? Where is my order now I don’t know anything about it

I ordered makeup online. A week or so went by with no communication via email and then my card was charged. After another period time I received an email that said my order was cancel with no explanation of why. My card was then credited. I still have no idea why my order was not completed. Sadly, I love this makeup and would have loved to have it. The communication was just really poor.

I tried to buy miss dior 3.4oz several times but cancelled because unknown reason. My card was not problem at all (because I bought tons of items from Chanel and Amazon, ebay, Clarins etc,) Only Dior online made the trouble. So uncomfortable.

I can not buy anything online

The shipping experience was awful. The representative on the phone was not helpful at all

For this to be such a high quality brand, they have one of the worst return policies. 30 days is ridiculous
