Item arrived badly damaged, all outside packaging was Untouched which makes me think the item was already damaged before mailing . Dior would only take a return , no exchange and no sending out a replacement for their error . After complaining , all they could offer were some samples ... which I can get just about anywhere . So dissatisfied with what was one of my favorite brands

I made a couple of purchases from you! and that's what I'll tell you! you pack beautifully but the quality of the product is very low! smells different than I knew this product before you! the smell of perfume does not hold even for one hour! in one word, you have one fake! Every time I try to place an order on your site there is a problem. The last order I placed was cancelled on me because I used my other email address even though I was still shipping to the same familiar address that I use each time I have placed orders. It took several attempts to get the purchase completed on those orders and if I can find the products in a store I will do that. Website awful.

Despite multiple efforts & an excessive wait on the phone, your representative was unable to process my order in a timely way. Supposed computer problems. As a result I had to wait for a call back the next day so that my order could be processed making my birthday gift to my mother a day late. Nice packaging once it finally arrived.
