I placed two or three different orders and all of them got canceled. There was no clear explanation why but when I called customer service told me I had to have all my information for my credit card exactly as it was on the card because of the secure server . I did that But the order was canceled again. You didn’t make it very easy to order so I decided against placing another order.

I never received my item. It was returned without my knowledge. Address was correct on the shipping info, so I am not sure what went wrong. This is the first time I have had this issue and have had many items shipped to the address provided and it went smoothly all other times.

Horrible experience from beginning to end. Long time DIOR user but first find ordering from DIOR.com. First they got my order wrong, I called within 5 mins or ordering online, CSR said no problem they will fix and also sent my deluxe samples as shown on website. Then a day after another CSR emailed me and “apologize” for the screw up and they are not able to send me samples and also unable to fix the misspelling on my shipping address. In addition, they are now unable to stop my order. I then asked for a prepaid return shipping label, they again apologized and said that cannot be done. I asked for a supervisor to give me a call to escalate this horrible customer experience. They said someone will call me in a day. I followed up again the day after and was told supervisor already called me the day before but I didn’t receive any calls. All I got was 3 different apology emails but no action or follow up from DIOR whatsoever to fix my order or make it right. Their claim that customer satisfaction is their utmost priority is bs and lip service that I wish to never again deal with or experience!

Site was difficult to use. Took three credit card transitions to work. After placing order, received email saying item out of stock even though was shown as available. Cancelled everythingX waste of time
