I am utterly shocked at how I was spoken to by customer service. My order was cancelled several times and when I called customer service as to the reason, I was advised that they were unable to tell me why. I repeatedly asked why because the item was still in stock and the lady laughed at me and said we don’t need you as a customer. I further asked if I could speak to someone else as to why and she repeated no that isn’t possible.

It was really an unacceptable experience. I am so disappointed. My purchase was cancelled due to my international card without any notification. I have wait for days to receive it and learned while I have called customer service. Indeed, the amount value was stating on provision at bank. Bad, very bad...

I am absolutely disappointed by Dior's customer service. I ordered a Mascara for my daughter and it came completely dry. I reached out to them and it took them three days to let me know that complain has been sent to the appropriate department. I had to send a second email out after four days to find out what they are going to do about it. The email comes back with a return label and instructions on sending the product back. Not once was it mentioned that they will replace it or if they could do anything for this inconvenience. Nothing at all. Not what you expect when you are purchasing something from a luxury brand.

I bought a foundation and was later cancelled by Dior because it was out of stock. This was not mentioned while I was buying the product and am very disappointed.

They keep cancelling my orders. I called and they told me to try again and that it should go through but it didn't. Makes me not want to order from them again.

My package was lost, never received. Still has not been resolved

I was abroad and ordered using my credit card. I sent the package to the Home of record that matched the credit cards home of record and Dior canceled the transaction. I was given a terrible excuse and to make matters worse I lost out on a free Dior Homme travel spray because the next day when I was going to purchase the product and I was assured it would work. Mind you after following up with them twice. I ended up not even buying it and took my business to Saks (Bond no9). Thanks but no thanks

Worst experience ever. Ordered three different times. Twice through website and once thru phone rep. Each time the order was cancelled by Dior. When I asked why, every person had a different answer. The phone rep was a sweetheart and assured me that her transaction went through. GUESS WHAT?? It didn't. I heard everything from my billing address couldn't be a post office box, to can't find my state, to payment cancelled. Finally gave up and spent my money for the same products using the same payment method and same billing address at Dillards. I'm sure they don't care, but Dior.com just lost a customer.
