Always extremely prompt with shipping and the one time they couldn’t they refunded the shipping charge and upgraded it to 2 day to insure it would get there right away

My lipstick and some great (useful and pretty) free samples arrived in an elegant box that I will definitely re-use!

Shower Gel The gel came in on time and in beautiful packaging. It was a gift so I selected the special gift wrap. It smells very similar to the cologne and is a good size for shower gel.

I can't imagine being any happier with the way my order was handled - once I got through the initial problem with placing my order! First I was thrilled to even find my product (Escalé a Portofino eau de toilette) was available again, and of being notified so quickly. Your delivery was quick and the packaging - though not ordered with 'gift packaging' - was actually like getting a real gift to myself, thank you for that.
