First order was cancelled and I wasn’t notified for days. It was an address problem. Fixed it and reordered; order vanished into thin air. Finally ordered on Amazon. I wanted to put zero stars but don’t think I had the option.

Cancelled my orders for no reason

You are so irresponssible. Your service is very slow.

Spent about an hour making an order and finally figured out what I needed, only to have Dior inexplicably cancel my order without explanation. Ordered from Sephora instead and got my order in a few days.

I love Dior mascara and have been using it for years. I continue to love he product. However, it came packed in a box only slightly smaller than a shoe box—extremely wasteful for a single tube of mascara and a set of mini samples. I would like to see a more environmentally conscious packing effort on the part of Dior.

Worst experience I have ever had.

Online shopping was one of the most failure experience that ive ever had. I ordered twice with two different credit card and amounts has been charged for almost a 1000$ with rejected no vaild reasons. Those amount it takes almost 10 days to able to use it again. I have left the US without purchasing what only available online.

Dior US cancels my order multiple times. I won't visit your store again.
