I ordered some perfume for my wife for mother's day. I added 2day shipping, but when the transaction went through, it was back to basic shipping. The present would not get here in time for mother's day. Called customer service and they suggested to order again and generously offered me code DIOR20 TO SAVE 20%OFF. Unfortunately, the Dior website was not working for the next two days, at that point I gave up.

I have ordered and paid for 2 face creams and received only one. I asked for the other cream to be shipped and I was told that tte company needs to conduct 8 days investigation with UPS. Unacceptable for a company like Dior, more so for a customer who bought products from Dior for years. I will deal with this through my bank. Very disappointing.

My items was supposed to be gift wrapped with Dior Courtoure Gift Wrap, instead they were all thrown in a brown box with no tissue paper, bubble wrap, no free gift, nothing... I was very shocked because this was suppose to by a Mother's Day gift now I have to figure out how to present this to my mom nicely or just return all items and get her something else. I am very disappointed with how it was packaged, maybe someone forgot?
