The packaging on this nail polish was absurd. a huge package for a tiny little thing. such an environmental tragedy.

So bad! I brought a lipstick set and it has been canceled. The website doesn’t sent me an email to notify me that my order has been canceled. I went on the website to check my order status and it shows that my order has been canceled and it doesn’t tell me why it had been cancel. I want to buy the dior lipstick again and the lipstick set is already sold out!!!!!!!! So sad!!!!

I have ordered one item two times. And my orders are being cancelled two times. The e-mail only told me the order verification is not passed. But it did show me specific reason. Now, the item I want to purchase has been sold out.

Never got my package, they didn’t even care about it or even refund me. Smh

cancel my order with no reason, no announcement, exciting for waiting for receiving the package for days and got nothing.

I am returning the lipliner. It was difficult to use and it did not go on smoothly.

The product said it stays on long but it did not. I had to pay to ship it back which was not right. The experience and product were very disappointing. Still waiting to get my refund back.
