I am utterly disgusted with Dior US online shopping experience! I wish there was a no star rating option for this website. I never received my package because my order was inexplicably cancelled and I couldn't even reach the company on the phone because nobody ever answered after prolonged waiting periods.

I tried ordering my product twice and never received it. Dior is one of my favorite brands, but I will never shop on their store again and would never recommend for anyone to do the same.

Poor customer service. Order was not delivered due to them failing to include my complete address. Called customer service and they flatly refused to update the courier telling me I have no choice but to pick up the order from a courier office. Told them I want to cancel and a refund and they refused and insisted that they need to get the item first before they refund me. Not what you'd expect from a luxury brand.

The company customer service is one of the worst in the entire world. Dior is a thief, who holds people’s money hostage while bogusly selling false promises and expectations to customers. I was told in order for me to get a refund, I had to wait 1-8 business days until UPS completed an investigation. Come to find out on my 8th day I called Dior customer service back and was informed that UPS had closed my claim because they could reach me. The Patti who’s a supervisor tells me that they have gotten feedback from other customer stating the process take a lot longer to refund my money. I called her out on that which she said “I didn’t mean to say it that way” whatever you do stay as far away from this company as possible. I will no longer allow myself or any associate of mine ever do business with such an unethical ponzi sceme.

My item was missing, I never got an email saying that it has shipped, whereas the other item I bought at approximately same time was shipped and delivered. I called to ask about it, and the customer service said she’ll check with usps, but I never got anything back. I didnt get my money back either! Absolutely worst experience ever.
