I brought two items, one nail gal, and one lipstick. I'd pay for both of them charge through my international visa credit card, and it damn charge my money, but never ship the goods and later a day I went up to track it, it reveals cancel. I even went asked the consumer services. He said we Dior didn't accept international visa card we only accept American visa?? and he said if it charges you the money it will return back to you within7-14 days. But holy, it never returned my money back. I wanna say this is the worst online shopping experience I ever had. Shoes I would never ever purchase Dior for any reason in my entire life. I mean if you guys didn't accept International visa credit card why bother to let it go through you damn system and successfully charge the damn money? instead just refuse to let it go into the process. I wish I can hear something back for your guys. Worst ever happen to me.

order 906748- i recently purchased on 21-Nov a lipstick to gift to my wife- when purchasing the Dior website clearly said free shipping and free returns. The package came to me on 4th Dec which is unacceptable and took more time than anticipated. I should have purchased this from macys or nordstrom, which i ended up doing evantually, so when i wanted to return it in unopened condition, the customer service agent clearly said that the website shows wrong information and return shipping is not free but the customer pays for it! Why do Dior put false data and trap customers? Why did they show free returns when it was not free? BAD , BAD service, DON'T buy from Dior directly!

dior didnt acepte my credic card that was issues out side of the united sates and i wanted to send a gift for my friend whom lived there, you have to reconsider .

My order always gets cancelled. This is my second time to order the same item. First one got cancelled. The second time, I did not get an email about it being cancelled. I only knew about it upon checking on my account on your website, which I have to request for a new password everytime I sign in.
