Would be amazing if someone would get back to me and tell me if my order has been sent before Xmas . I received an email saying it was canceled but didn’t get a refund and I’ve emailed a few times with no response hate leaving bad reviews but I bought a xmas gift and it hasn’t arrived and I haven’t received a refund . I would prefer it to arrive

I’ve placed my order twice on Dior official website. First time was Dec.20 3018 to Purchase a candle as the Christmas gift for my best friend Han. The order was canceled without any notice. When I realized it was already Christmas. I feel so sad, so I emailed Dior customer service. A girl named Chloe replied me said nothing help with no sincerely sorry. And FYI I used my AX credit card with us address. Then I’ve placed the order twice. Got canceled again still with no notification. I found out online by myself. Now I have no idea but need to place my order on other brand website. I feel sad as a loyal customer of Dior for years and been treated like this.

I ordered 2 times with different products and I have not receive both of them. Until now my money still blocked for more than 2 weeks already.

Very disappointed because my order was cancelled due to short of supplies. I wonder why the dior online shopping website allowed me to place the order in the first place. Obviously there are something needs to be improved.

Canceled my order twice and never contacted me about the issue, so much for my Christmas gifts arriving on time. Waste of time dealing with this website. Had to place an order somewhere else.

The one person available at the customer help desk is terrible..plus why cant I cancel a purchase before it is processed

You website billed my creditcard x3 even though your website said the card was declined and now I am fighting the CC company to get my money back!! I then used another CC which completed the order. Totally unacceptable for company to practice this fraudulent business practices!! I have contacted your company several times and everyone seems to be clueless about this issue!! I still am waiting for 160. To be returned to my card that was billed fraudulently by Dior!! Unacceptable for a business to do this to anyone!

I order gifts every year from online Dior. Until this year I was impressed with the quality of wrapping just like other luxurious brands. But this year I received gifts without protectors (boxes were damaged ans wrapping was destroyed because the package was just thin plastic bag only). Those were gifts for my family and friends so I was disappointed with those damaged boxes and warappings. But I didn’t have time to go to the store to get replancement so I just told them honestly how bad the packaging was so they understood but it was embarrassing. I hope Dior will go back to normal way of shipping (use protector around the gift box or use another boxes not just thin plastic bag). Also I just remembered that the message card was also wrong. I put message “happiest Holidays” but it was showing only “Happi”. I had to write another Christmas card for that person and I’m glad that I received them first before giving them to the people so that I was able to check those conditions.
