This item burns my eyes..

I ordered Dior Nail Vernis online. Because Nail Vernis came up in response to a search for gel nail polish on the company’s website, I thought the product was a gel, which it is not. It did not dry under ultraviolet light and I had to have my nails repolished with a real gel polish. I had to send more time in a nail salon and pay more as a result.

My package was not inside the box, it was opened or someone took it and I received it right after it was dropped off. I paid 80 dollars for a cologne and did not receive it.

I ordered a blush from Dior for the first time. The box arrived with two sample scents and no blush! I immediately reported this to Dior. Waiting to see if Dior will resolve this.

My package was returned because you did not use the complete address like Apt no. Without it it won't be delivered. I dont understand because I have ordered here before and this has not happened. I am really upset. This was suppose to be a gift.

they said my packaged is delivered but i can't find it . after many enquires they haven't replied me yet. my first purchase experience out to be the worst experience of my life .

I received a beautiful Dior packaging with JUST the sample in it, the perfume itself did not come! That was very disappointing and now i have to wait 8-10 days for an “investigation”. I expected much more from a brand ai though was reliable. Very upset over this.
