I paid. but it was canceled the next day. I do not know the reason

I didnt received the product, and even an explanation. I wish so hard my product.

Never receive the package, and literally nowhere to check

I placed an order and received a confirmation. Apparently they aren't able to deliver to P.O. Boxes but instead of notifying me about that and asking for a physical address they simply cancelled the order. The discovered the cancellation when I went back in to track my order.

I haven’t received my order it’s been almost two weeks so I’m not very happy

Absolutely horrible- says that they will send me order confirmation via email and doesn’t; purchased accidentally twice because of that; now i have two of the same products and no free return..

So dissapointed i ordered twice a parfums but its cancelled a few later every time i purchase because of its out of stock! Why you tell me about stock before order !!!
