I live in Australia, and I purchased Dior Sauvage from a department store and was advised I could not post it at the Australian Post Office. So I tried to purchase this cologne through Dior website, and it was asking for a US billing address. I was unable to do this as I live in Australia. There is no option to send a Dior gift from Australia to America. How disappointing in this day and age of technology. To make things worse, I called Dior and left a message to find a solution to this problem so I could make this purchase happen, and the only response I receive is this feedback form two weeks later. For a high end product, you would expect high end service.

I ordered something else in Lip balm and some other lip balm arrived - when i tried returning it included me to pay for shipping which is the biggest demotivation for any customer. Why would any one pay shipping when they don't want the product... I had no other option but to stick with the lip plum i received and not the one i i wanted.I wanted to return lip plum and exchange it will lipstick but even for that I had to pay shipping.... Very very disappointed

Dior cancelled my order yet not gave me my refund.

I have not received any notifications about my purchase. There’s not a way to track any information after confirmation.

I had the money in my bank account for weeks and they sent me an email saying my order shipped then all of a sudden they changed and said my order had been canceled so next time i want a dior product i will buy it 3rd party and it came out much cheaper anyways so i dont care for dior.com
