I live abroad and ordered a dior foundation to my freight forwarder since sephora no longer carries it. To my dismay they cancelled the order because they don't deliver to forwarders. This is pretty archaic in my opinion because this is how I order almost all my goods. I switched to a guerlain brand that sephora carries instead since I order from sephora almost every other week and guess what? They deliver to my forwarder!!! YOu have lost a customer for good as the guerlain is just as good if not better. Your loss.

Worst customer service. I ordered a pair of shoes from Dior.com on March 14th. They were delivered on March 20th, I tried one shoe on and determined I needed a bigger size, almost immediately. I followed the exchange instructions and shipped the shoes back same day (in my possession for about 3 hours total from receipt to drop off). It took more than a week for the warehouse to receive my return and and after 9 days of waiting, I get a decline for exchange e-mail on 3/29 saying there are obvious signs I wore the shoes. They even sent pictures! However... I absolutely did not wear the shoes and I only tried one on a carpeted service for all of 3 minutes before starting the return process online and boxing it up to send back. I’m so baffled and offended at the claim that I wore these even though I only unboxed one shoe and tried it on. How the hell are you supposed to order online if you can’t try it on and exchange it after you get it?!!! I asked that it be re-examined/escalated and I provided data to show how impossible it was for me to wear the shoes for the amount of time I had them. It is 4/16 and I am still getting no response after reaching out 3 times since 3/29 for an update on my exchange. Meanwhile $960 has been paid since my original purchase on 3/14 and a month later I have no shoes, no exchanged shoes and no response and no refund. Door sells a “high quality” product with the lowest quality customer service. Use caution before you purchase anything!

I didn’t get my money back and it’s already been 15 days since dior cancelled my order.

I love the smell but within an hour of putting it on the good smell is gone

I order Sauvage from the website and there was no tracking number, no emails nothing, kept calling customer service and they said its processing, and after a week of waiting it did show up on the website and then I found out that it was shipped back, why because I missed the apartment number, yes that was my fault but at least give me a call or hold it at UPS and I will go get it, I asked customer service to send me the perfume again and they declined my request, I will never buy from Dior again.
