Used two days to deal with customer services, very difficult to completed purchase. This my worst online shopping trip. The website use separate pages to input billing address and payment information. That’s very easy to make mistakes. They’ll cancel your order and always fault on customer side. Maybe they just don’t want you to buy, they make you feel US visa credit card is useless.

I needed a product quickly. I paid for 2 Day delivery and did not receive the product until 4 days had passed. I was not happy. I emailed Dior customer service and asked for a refund of the $9.95 shipping fee that I paid for the 2 day delivery. I did not get the refund and did not even get the courtesy of a reply. This is extremely poor service.

Honey! I tried to make the purchase two times. You canceled my order both time. If stuff is out of stock, just label it as “out of stock” in the first place! Don’t let me order it and then cancel it. And your shipping is slow... i mean Chanel offers two day free shipping. I receive this email asking me to review my recent purchase. Oh ok. I did purchase twice. But I got nothing. You know how it feels when you want a product so bad that after the first order is canceled, you place it again and got canceled one more time? Gosh I just don’t understand. Do you want my money or not!
