I never got my package

They select and receive orders.

Nobody helped me wity my missing order. Had bad experience with my order

My order was canceled because they do not deliver to PO boxes. Its unfortunate because not many trust the address we live in, and many only send things to po boxes for safety purposes. When i expressed this to the customer service rep that called me informing me that my order had been cancelled i was told that “we do apologize however we can not send to po boxes”. So thanks dior for ruining the opportunity to purchase a perfume that my mother really wanted for Mothers day.

Hello. I tried to make a purchase and it was not posible. Muy credic Card is international and nobady told me about that. Now I have the money hold

cancelled my order without a reason. wasted my time!
