Dior.com is a good page but it os difficult to cancel an order. You have to call to cancel something and most people don’t like to talk.

Mostly a good job however on one of my packages UPS couldn't read my address and on one of my orders I didn't get my free trial size gifts.

Didn’t deliver the message with the gift

Amazing products including samples and trial sizes! Bought Sauvage cologne for my boyfriend after he fell in love in a magazine and it did not disappoint! I’ll be buying Miss Dior Roses N Roses for myself 😊 Only reason I decided on 4 stars was due to shipping 😒 My emails from Dior stated one date but it was almost 3 days after the ‘Expected Delivery’ that we received our package. I understand CV19 had a lot to do with it but it would’ve been nice to know shipping would be behind especially when paying for expedited...

Honestly, I absolutely love this white eyeliner. It gives a fun pop of color to my eyes. The tip on the eyeliner is perfect. The liquid glides on easily, and the felt tip is tiny enough to make the application easy. The eyeliner stays on all day. It doesn’t smear at all. However, my only complaint is that this small eyeliner came in a huge box in the mail. It wasn’t necessary for it to be packaged with so much tissue paper and two thick big boxes. If it came in a more sustainable package, I would give this eyeliner 5 stars. Other than that, it’s absolutely great!

My order was shipped quickly and the giftwrap looked fantastic, but the order was missing one of the trial sizes that was suppose to come along with it.
