Ordered from Chanel on the same day during the same “pandemic”. Received Chanel in two days. Received Dior in two weeks. Chanel came in properly boxed and branded. Dior came bubble wrapped in a plain brown cardboard box. When dealing in luxury goods it’s the little things that make the difference. LVMH could take some pointers from the Wertheimers.

Was excepting my couture gift wrap from you guys and even the card that said the message I wrote. I got all my products in the most basic form, I understand CoVID19 but it was a gift for someone.

I loved the mascara but sadly it didnt come in the gift packaging i asked for. I got it for my best friend as a suprise and made sure it would be coming in gift wrap but it didnt:(

Sauvage is my favorite fragrance. Wearing it really lifts my spirits and boosts my confidence! I normally purchase while on my travels. However i have never bought it online from Dior.com. I watched so many unboxing videos seeing even the smallest of items beautifully wrapped. Needless to say I quite excited purchase and to receive the complimentary gift packaging. I figured I’m stuck in the house due to the quarantine, I will give a gift to myself. I told a few friends how excited I was about the over all order and how I had seen it deliver for others. Only to be so let down, sad and disappointed when I opened my box and it was not packaged that way at all. The I had seen in so many videos leading up to my purchase. It was simply the fragrance box rumbling around in the shipping box with air pouches. Major fail and major dissatisfaction. I literally had the first mind to just return it immediately. For that experience could have a just ordered it from amazon and never had that expectation. My Dior dream was killed for me instantly.

Love the foundation but it usually comes in a cute gift wrapped box and this time it was just thrown in the box with some big bubble wrap and my samples were scattered everywhere throughout the box also.
