I’ve ordered products over a week ago and still yet to receive them.

We very much enjoy your products and your stores--particularly the small perfumery in Paris by the gardens. However, this was the first time we had a disappointing experience. We ordered a small gift from your store and asked for two day shipping--to get here for a birthday gift. We were told it would be late and that we would receive some sort of coupon. We did not receive this via email. I really did not have the time to call back a second time. Not sure what else to say, I know your company is better than this performance.

Package was arrived without gift packaging. The item was ordered for birthday present and was requested for gift package.

Dior’s site said that all gifts would come with complimentary gift wrapping and mine did not. It also stated this was included on my invoice. However, it was all just thrown in a big box with no gift wrapping what so ever, to loosely shift around.

The product itself is ok...I was beyond disappointed as to how long it took....also the packaging was damaged and I was sent the wrong samples! I’ll stick to purchasing Chanel

I added a coupon for a free gift from Dior but never received it.

Purchased online as a gift for myself for mothers day. The mothers day pouch appears on my cart and when i checked out it's gone. Also I was expecting to received my package in an iconic dior gift packaging but received my orders like an order made from target. Not even a paper wrapper of some kind. Very disappointed. I think I just had a high standards when it comes to this brand and sadly it wasn't met.

I bought dior as a mother's day gift! But we received a very humble package! The box is broken! I can't understand why famous brands are so poorly packaged. Never buy this product again! Very disappointed！
